In an ever-more interconnected world, critical infrastructure, commerce, and information exchanges all represent a vast array of complex vulnerabilities and attack surfaces. State and non-state actors continue to challenge countries with an array of phishing attacks, botnets, and ransomware combined with disinformation campaigns

CRDF Global builds and manages comprehensive, sustainable cybersecurity programs that strengthen cyber infrastructure, expand the information security workforces, and build cybersecurity culture. Our unique approach draws on our extensive history building institutional capacities and redirecting weapons scientists and engineers.

This six module course will train non-technical and technical staff from private sector banks and financial institutions on common DPRK cyberattack typologies such as phishing and social engineering, two-step verification systems, password management, email encryption, and endpoint security. The goal of the course is to bolster enterprise-wide cyber hygiene at private sector banks/financial institutions to prevent and identify DPRK cyber operations in violation of international sanctions.
